Where to insert the word "Natural" before the word "Person" in your state's constitution The Texas Constitution already restricts the application of equal protection to “men” and the right of due process to “citizens.” If courts pervert these words to mean corporations, then it would be necessary to rewrite Art. 1, §§ 3, 4, and 19 to apply to natural persons.
