Where to insert the word "Natural" before the word "Person" in your state's constitution Art. I, § 2. Political power. All political power is inherent in the natural people. Government is instituted for the equal protection, security, and benefit of the natural people, and they have the right, at all times, to alter or reform the same, whenever the public good may require it. Art. I, § 9. Right of trial by jury-due process of law. The right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate; but the general assembly may authorize trial by a jury of a less number than twelve natural persons in inferior courts; but no natural person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.
