Where to insert the word "Natural" before the word "Person" in your state's constitution The Florida Constitution already provides equal protection to "natural persons" in Article I, § 2. to strengthen that: Art. I, § 9. Due Process.-No natural person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, or be twice put in jeopardy for the same offense, or be compelled in any criminal matter to be a witness against oneself.
